Introducing WisePay and Wise-Sync: A New Payment Portal for Network Overdrive Customers
Dear Network Overdrive Customer,
We are excited to announce that we have launched a new payment portal called WisePay (also known as Wise-Sync), which will make it easier and faster for you to pay your invoices with us.
Are you frustrated with the current process you have with paying invoices with us? Do you wish you could view all your outstanding invoices in one place and choose from multiple payment options? If so, then WisePay is the solution for you.
WisePay is a secure and convenient online payment system that allows you to:
- View all your outstanding invoices with Network Overdrive in one dashboard.
- Select from multiple payment methods, including direct debit, automatic payment, or credit card.
- Track your payment history and download receipts.
- Manage your payment preferences and update your billing details.
WisePay is designed to save you time, hassle and give you more control over your payments. However, we understand that it may not suit everyone’s needs, and there are some caveats with the new system that you should be aware of before you decide to use it.
- You will only see a history of payments you have made from within WisePay. So, if you only use WisePay partially, or continue to use your existing payment process, the historical information in WisePay will be incomplete.
- Credit card payments will attract a 2.5% payment fee, which will be added to your invoice amount. This fee is charged by the credit card provider, not by Network Overdrive, and we do not receive any portion of it. If you prefer to avoid this fee, you can choose another payment method, such as direct debit or automatic payment.
In our future invoice emails, you will see a link to WisePay, where you can log in and pay your invoice online. You do not need to use this link if you are happy with the current process you have, and you can continue to pay us as you normally do.
