At Network Overdrive we are focusing more than ever on the customer experience because we understand the role it plays in the success of our business, today and tomorrow.

We do this because it makes sense

If our clients tell us what to do and what not to do – we’re going to listen because we’re all about getting better at creating excellent experiences—for each and every client.

So to finish off 2013 with a celebratory bang we at Network Overdrive sent out a Customer Survey to all of our valued clients. It was our goal to measure, understand and improve the customer experience across our organisation by gathering our customer’s thoughts on our service offerings.

Your feedback is indispensable

This survey gave clients the chance to share candid feedback about our performance, outside of their day-to-day interaction with our support team. We are now in the process of applying client input to our thinking and practices.
