| The client will be informed ahead of time as to whether they require the
services of a senior consultant or not. This will depend on the complexity
of the project. Blocks of 20 hours must be pre-paid to gain the discount.
The client is charged for each 15-minute period or part thereof.
Travel time to client from Network Overdrive's
Melbourne Office is charged at 1/2 hourly rate and applies if service
call is less than 4 hours or outside the Melbourne Metropolitan area.
For all service calls greater than 4 hours the travel time is free.
Additional project expenses are charged at cost where necessary. Examples
of expenses would be interstate travel and the purchase of specific tools.
Authorisation for such expenses will be sought from the client before
purchase. |
