When using Network Overdrive's services, you may be asked to supply information relating to yourself or your organisation including, but not limited to, company name, contact name, email address, physical address, phone number, business size, details of your technology systems, etc.). This information is used to help us provide you with the best and most complete service (for instance by assigning the most appropriate engineer to tend to a specific problem).

Network Overdrive uses information for several general purposes. For example, certain information is sometimes required for Credit Approval of account terms, or for processing payments using credit cards, personal cheques, or fund transfers from your bank account. Other types of information may be used in a statistical form for the development of marketing initiatives (for instance, information on how you found out about Network Overdrive).

We also ask that you provide an email address so that we can obtain feedback on our services, promote our products and services, notify you of technology developments, and in particular, let you know about new security alerts and viruses. It is agreed and understood that when employing the services of Network Overdrive, we may have both remote and/or onsite access to your computer systems. These privileges are used solely used for the purposes of maintaining, troubleshooting or configuring systems as required.

Network Overdrive employs strict guidelines to protect our clients’ privacy and data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access. All employees sign confidentiality agreements upon commencement of their employment (to ensure security for both the clients’ and company’s data). Your personal information is never shared outside the company without your permission, except under conditions explained above.

Visitors to the Network Overdrive website can browse anonymously - Network Overdrive does not collect any personal information about you or your visit to this site without you explicitly providing that information. We do not collect credit card numbers and we do not use cookies on the site to track preferences or for any other purpose.
