work with client's staff in a cooperative and professional manner. |

provide an effective and professional solution to customer needs
at the lowest possible cost, and will undertake the thorough
systems investigations and research necessary to provide a competent

We will
work so as to minimise any possible risks, security or otherwise,
to the client's systems, and notify clients of any security
and other system problems. |
|
We will use root access
privileges only for work necessary to perform the required task,
and will cease access immediately the task is completed. |

We will maintain complete
confidentiality of all information regarding the client's systems
and business, and we agree especially not to use any such information
gained either for commercial advantage nor for the advantage
of other clients or competitors. |

We will provide reasonable
documentation of all work performed. |

As members of SAGE-AU,
we will abide by the SAGE-AU Code of Ethics for system administrators
(http://www.sage-au.org.au/ethics.html)
which includes the statement: "I will maintain the confidentiality
of any information to which I may have access. I acknowledge
statutory laws governing data privacy such as the Commonwealth
